Completion of Deliverables: The project will be considered complete once all deliverables outlined in the scope of work have been successfully completed and reviewed. This includes all documents, designs, development work, content, or any other materials specified in the agreement.

Approval of Work: The final product must be approved by the client after a thorough review. Any changes or revisions requested by the client must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Testing & Quality Assurance: All projects must undergo testing for functionality, performance, and user experience (if applicable). For development projects, this includes testing on different devices, browsers, and operating systems to ensure compatibility. Any issues found during testing must be resolved before handover.

Documentation: All necessary documentation for the project, including code files, user manuals, installation guides, and relevant instructions, will be provided to the client at the time of handover. This is crucial for the proper functioning and future maintenance of the project.

Client Access & Credentials: Upon delivery, the client will be provided with any required credentials or access to systems, platforms, and tools. This includes login details, source code, hosting information, and other critical resources required to manage the project moving forward.

Final Payment: Project delivery is contingent on the receipt of the final payment or completion of the agreed-upon payment terms as per the contract. The handover will only be finalized once payment is cleared.

Post-Delivery Support: A defined period of post-delivery support will be provided to address any bugs, technical issues, or minor changes. Any major changes requested after the final handover may be subject to additional costs.

Ownership and Rights Transfer: Upon final payment and handover, all intellectual property rights, including designs, code, and content, will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Sign-off: A formal sign-off document will be issued, confirming that the project has been delivered and meets all outlined requirements. Once the sign-off is received, the project will be considered complete.

Maintenance and Updates (if applicable): If the project includes ongoing maintenance or updates, these terms will be clearly outlined in a separate agreement, specifying the scope, timeline, and associated costs.
